Director of Operations
Cami is Director of Operations, overseeing both homestay operations and school programme delivery. Since 2015, Cami has worked in International Education delivering a range of cross-cultural programmes.
Sophie
European Director
Sophie has been part of the business for eight years and now leads as European Director, forming partnerships with European schools for our UK immersion programmes.
Tom
Managing Director
Tom has been with the business since 2011, leading the team for 15 years with a passion for creating meaningful cultural exchange experiences.

South Asia Director
Kasturi has been part of the business for three years and leads our work as South Asia Director, focusing on business development across the region.
